Times have changed, and bankruptcy is no longer viewed as a black cloud of failure.
Every year, more and more Americans turn to the legal protections provided by filing bankruptcy.
At the end of the day, bankruptcy is simply a court-supervised process that is designed to eliminate debt and stop collections, repossession, foreclosure, lawsuits and wage garnishments. |
DEBT RELIEF vs BANKRUPTCY
When struggling to cope with overwhelming debt, many people often ask which path is right for their situation. Quite honestly, the primary difference lies in our legally required disclosure, “We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.”
It's important to note that many other debt relief services may not use the bankruptcy code. Michigan Bankruptcy HQ can certainly assist with managing debts outside of filing bankruptcy, but the US Bankruptcy code provides specific legal protections that are not afforded by other debt relief strategies. |
